guided getaway
Austin, TX
relax. every detail has been taken care of...
sold out!!!
My Guided Getaways offer a combination of the three things I love best: yoga, travel, and food!

Wouldn't you love a vacation where all you have to do is show up, and everything else is taken care of? Settle into a gorgeous, perfectly-located space without having to spend hours on AirBnB or Trip Advisor figuring out where to stay. Enjoy an itinerary designed by a local expert to show you the city at its best. Eat at the most delicious restaurants without having to read endless Yelp reviews and Eater articles to figure out where you should go (and where to avoid). And plenty of time for yoga, naps, and self-care so you return home feeling refreshed, rather than needing another vacation to recover from your vacation.

I grew up in Austin, and can't wait to share this incredible city with you! From the wonderful places I grew up loving, to the trendy new hot spots that have made Austin such a desirable destination, this Guided Getaway will incorporate the best of old and new Austin. I've put together a 5-day, 4-night journey of my favorite places to play and eat, with lots of self-care in between. Hover over or click on the photos below to learn more, and scroll down for the fine print and sign-ups.

Space is limited, so reserve your spot today!

escape...
at least one hour a day will be dedicated to a guided vinyasa practice in a beautiful space.
the last thing you want on your vacation is to burn yourself out. we'll spend plenty of time moving slowly, enjoying nature, and recharging in the austin sunshine.
stay in a fully-stocked one-bedroom apartment complete with every possible amenity you could want!
continue your yoga practice off the mat. each day will begin with a brief guided journaling session to encourage self-study, reflection, and mindfulness.
during your down time, you'll have the opportunity to get creative! bring your own art project or have fun playing with the supplies and ideas i provide. no artistic experience necessary - this is all about play!
naps are strongly encouraged. as are long chunks of time spent doing "nothing."
explore...
paddling downtown's lady bird lake is one of my favorite austin pastimes. join me and find out why.
balance out the bustle of the city with visits to some of austin's most beautiful gardens.
austin is chock full of adorable cafes, coffeeshops, restaurants, bars, and neighborhoods perfect for wandering.
austin is known as the live music capital of the world for good reason. experience this vibrant culture for yourself.
from stunning street art to gorgeous galleries, austin is an art-lover's dream.
the texas heat is no joke. luckily austin has plenty of beautiful natural swimming holes where you can cool off hill-country style!
eat!
we'll kick off the weekend with a welcome tex-mex bbq featuring some of my favorite tex-mex goodies from all over town.
i know, texas is not your first thought when it comes to award-winning sushi. but the iconic uchi has been winning awards for years. one taste and you'll understand why.
from the hip new fareground food hall to the whole foods headquarters, austin has tons of incredible multi-venue dining experiences. we'll visit some together and i'll provide you with a guide in case you want to explore more on your own!
odd duck restaurant is more than just a cute name. chef-owner (and my former classmate) bryce gilmore has been a james beard finalist many times over, and his brunch menu does not disappoint!
i mean, it's texas. does this one even need a caption?
from breakfast tacos to kolaches, austin definitely does the most important meal of the day justice. i'll provide you with local favorites for breakfast every morning!
