Guided Discussion: We’ll use breakout rooms to share the lessons we’ve learned from 2020 and inspire each other as we set our intentions and goals for 2021. The smaller-group setting will allow you to really get to know your group members and have meaningful conversations with each other.
Guided Journaling: I’ll offer you prompts and guidance on building your Resilience Mindset for 2021. You’ll be free to journal however works best for your brain - writing, art-journaling, vision-boarding, it’s up to you!
